There are quite a few different forms of seizures. Something in the brain goes hay wire and sends the wrong signals. The seizure that is most often thought of is when you develop a tensing and relaxing of the muscles, are often incontinent, and many times will drool. The person seizuring isn't aware and will often sleep and be groggy for the next day or so. Other times it just involved one portion of the body or even an absence seizure, where the person kind of checks out for a bit of time.
