Have you tried a natural laxative containing Psyllium husk fibre like Metamucil? It is very effective but still quite gentle once you get your individual dose right (no panicky race to the toilet). It may take a couple to a few days to get things moving properly but you won't regret it. It is also gluten free if you have celiac disease issues and will not react with the charcoal.

I never heard of using activated charcoal for constipation. In fact constipation is one of the side effects. It can be mixed with liquids to take. free discount card
