Is it a pain dr? If not you need to find one. We have no recourse when a dr just stops prescribing meds without weaning you off no matter how unethical it is.

He is my back and neck doctor. I see him at the end of this month and then he is going to give me a referal for a pain clinic.

Due to today's strict DEA regulations, patients suffering from chronic pain are referred to pain management. Make sure you take copies of your medical records from your current Dr, including a list of prescribed medications. Good luck!
