Hello,

I can not find any contradiction if you are diabetic 1 which says you can not take this antidepressant. With regards to the thyroid medication, I need to know the specific name of the medication you are on, so I can run a medical interaction check between Cymbalta and as I said the thyroid med.

Cymbalta is used in the treatment of anxiety; depression; chronic pain; back pain; fibromyalgia , and belongs to the drug class serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.

Cymbalta is associated with the treatment of:

Anxiety
Back Pain
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic Pain
Depression
Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
Fibromyalgia
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Hot Flashes
Osteoarthritis
Pain
Peripheral Neuropathy
Urinary Incontinence

When you provide the exact thyroid medication name I will run as i mentioned a medical interaction check.

Take care,
