most groceries stores (including Walmart) that have pharmacies, which close at 9 pm or earlier, do not sell over the counter Claratin because pharmacy closed. Why can't they secure the drug and sell at counter by also swiping our drivers license. Am i missing a FDA or DEA requirement that it only be sold through pharmacy department. Just frustated.
Plain claritin is available at all times. Claritin D is sold by the pharmacy counter because of the pseudofed in it. No one but pharmacy personal personnel can legally go into the pharmacy and obtain a medication. This is how pharmacies control its sale. There has to be a written record of it. Don't blame the pharmacies, blame the idiots who buy it up by huge amounts to make meth.
