... as therapy for rheumatoid arthritis? I was diagnosed with RA at age 23, after a few years trying different drugs we found a combination that seemed to work, at least kept me working for another 13 years. At about thirty, we added gold injections (solganal) as part of the treatment. I retired early but was able to stay active. About 5 years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid lung and brochiectasis. I had lost about 50% of my lung capacity. The lungs stayed this way for about 5 years, this past winter I began getting worse, seems to de going down hill very fast. I was told there may be a conection to the long term use of the gold therapy. Any comments? George
