Can you take ciprofloxcan for strep throat?

Ciprofloxacin can be used to treat strep throat. However you should only use it if it has been prescribed to you for this condition. If you are taking other medications there could be interactions that you are not aware of, or the potential for other complications.
No matter how you look at it, you need to see a dr. It may not be strep throat at all and you need different treatment. Only your dr can determine that.
