Can you used boiled water in place of Bacteriostatic water!?

It depends what you're using it for. To clean wounds and things like that yes, but not for injections. If you use boiled water for the first instance, you have to change it every day because of the chance of bacteria getting in it and growing. Bacteriostatic water isn't just sterile but has something in it to keep it from growing bacteria.
