Every person is different. That said, I take 2 or 3 allopurinol a week and have not had a gout attack for over two years. I am also very careful with my diet.
My husband has gout so bad he has gout out breakes all the time seems like nothing works he has not been able to walk for weeks i only give him chicken for meet and a side or salid i read the diet plan i dont know whats doing this to him he doesnt drink alcohal just juce coolaid soda and water allapurnal gives him gout outbreakes its in his feet ankles elbow and chest i dont know what to do i have four kids and taking care of him my boys are 1,4,6,10 im overwelmed please any ideas are helpful he is not a diabedic so thats not it i need advice.
