I have been experiencing a problem with yawning for the past 3 months. As i reach the peak of my yawn, it suddenly goes away, leaving me with the unsatisying feeling of not being able to complete a yawn. Sometimes i feel like i have successfully completed a yawn but then i know i havent because another yawn comes back 10 seconds later and it happens over and over. Its very frustrating and i really can use any advice or tips on how to stop this. Anything can help. Thanks!

Hi. I have been going through the same thing lately. For me I think its due to lack of sleep from insomnia and pain. Also if you are on a narcotic pain medication it messes with respiration. Does that help? I breath deep through my nose as if trying to calm anxiety drink water and try to sleep or lie down. I know it sucks. I that helps!
