Xylocaine (Lidocaine) is a local anesthetic (numbing medication). Whilst it is probably ok to use as a lubricant there are other more suitable products on the market which will lubricate, but not deaden sensations, such as KY jelly.
Ask your pharmacist to show you what is available.
Xylocaine will not cause a yeast infection.
