... off and I haven't started my period three days after I've taken it off. Do I go & get the Plan B One Step Pill? What do I do?
I know nothing about the Xulane Patch, so can't give any advice on that part of the question, but I can give you information about emergency contraception, if you want to use that, just in case.
Plan B & Plan B OneStep can only be used for up to 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. They are more effective the sooner you take them, & become less effective the longer you wait. At 72 hours, they are around 75% effective at preventing pregnancy.
If you are overweight (have a BMI greater than 26) or are over the 72 hours, then there is another pill you can use, called EllaOne.
EllaOne can be used up to 120 hours (5 days) after unprotected sex.
The other option is to have a doctor fit an IUD/Coil for you. This can also be effective as emergency contraception, if fitted within 5 days of unprotected sex.
If it is longer than 5 days since you had unprotected sex, then there are no options of emergency contraception. Should you become pregnant, then you should consult your family planing clinic, to discuss your options at that point.
