... on? I tried Taxol first. Cancer has spread to spine, bones, hips, skull, pelvis, maybe more.
I have TNBC. It's nearly 5 years now and I only had surgery, lumpectomy and later a mastectomy, working with veg. juices etc. until my back started to slowly break and collapse from Dec to April. Spinal cord surgery in May in Czech Republic and gradually learned how to walk and use arms again. Radiation to back in UK June. Now, nearly 6 months later , I agreed to use Xeloda to relieve symptoms and because I know my spine is full of cancer and I could become paralysed again. Dr. said 1300 twice a day. I take 1000 instead - naughty. too afraid. however I have to say I felt great relief from the burning tumours under my arm and in clavicle on day 1! how amazing is that? feel a bit nauseous is all but day 4 only. I feel optimistic that the drug could give me 6 months longer which is great. (British under care of wonderful NHS.)
