This happened because of a nurse I wasn't allowed to see my Dr. His office would not let me speak to him. I have been to the ER several times having seizures I'm bi polar and have epilepsy can't find a dr to help me. I have been to every place I know, no one can tell what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
Omg you're epileptic and they did that to you. I'd be finding myself a lawyer. They knew you'd seizure if they did that. I would get into the office, and refuse to leave until he talked to you, maybe take your lawyer with you. Find a neurologist asap. Preferably one in a different area from this doc. Someone has to at least give you something else for seizures.
There ay be more to this stroy as any Dr with half a percent of integrity wouldn't do this without cause.
The best you can do is pursue the many nutritional approaches (eliminate all forms of sugar and fake sweeteners, caffeine, adequate hydration and 30 minutes of mid-day walking daily) to help your body heal.
Get yourself into a recovery group and go to the meetings, also, check for the local Teen Challenge (not just for teens) they can help you and if not have resources to equally effective programs.
Forget going from Dr to Dr trying to get a specific med, they will all refer back to the original Dr and that does not sound like it will be a good thing. Seek treatment yes, meds, no.
Hang in there, it won't be an easy road, but it is a road to better days.
I agree with kaismama with getting a lawyer. Seek a new doctor and go back to the ER If you need to. Also if you need help getting off the xanax send me a private msg and I will try to help. This happened to me when I was on xanax, the doctor quit the scripts and put me into cold turkey. I wish you the best..
