My boyfriend found me in the hallway all balled up and I don't remember anything besides wrapping presents then waking up to him asking me why I was laying in the hallway. I'm scared cause I don't remember anything. Has this happen to anyone else? And how do they know if I even had a seizure I did n t get hurt I just don't remember.
Did you release your bladder or your bowels? People who have seizures often lose control over bowel and/or bladder when they have a seizure. Is your Dr planning to do a CT scan of your brain or and MRI? He should. It could very well have been due to the med change. Xanax withdrawals can do this to people. I disagree that you would remember after passing out. I have passed out before and you often dont remember, you just wake up on the floor! Perhaps you stood up and got orthostatic (blood pressure dropped sharply) and you were dizzy and passed out. If it was a seizure you most likely would have lost control of your bowel/bladder, you would have been very disoriented and tired after, perhaps with a headache. Seizures are certainly scary but 5-10% of people will have a seizure in their lifetime. Many people have one seizure then never have another. Do follow up with your Dr and get the testing done to be sure it was nothing serious.
