It's a very sharp constipation feeling but I've had more than one movement today and it's kinda below my right ribs at the top.
This is just one possibility: Have you had an abdominal ultrasound recently? Sounds like pain radiating from your liver area which would most likely be a gallbladder issue like gallstones or otherwise blocked bile ducts. All I can say really is that the pain is where your liver is.
I agree with what Stephen has said. Your appendix is also in that area. If the whites of your eyes start looking yellowish, you need to see a Dr. asap because you definitely are getting jaundiced. That would mean your bile duct IS blocked, or your liver is not breaking down bilirubin as needed. With the sharp pain, I would think of your gallbladder's bile duct being blocked first. Check the whites of your eyes for a yellowish tint. Your eyes tend to turn 1st, but your skin may also start to look yellow. Note: Examine yourself in the whitest light possible and avoid making a color determination under a yellow tinted light. This yellow tinted lighting is the most common kind used in housing. It's subtle, but you can tell now that you know to look for it.
Have you been taking a lot of OTC pain relievers? (non-prescription = Over The Counter) If you have, and it depends on exactly what pain reliever & dosage, this could cause bilirubin to build up in your liver. Read the bottle about the maximum dose, or write back and I'll help you. If this is your problem, you must greatly reduce or eliminate the pain reliever. Your Dr's. advice would be best about taking any further pain relievers.
If the pain keeps up or increases and you start a fever, I think first of your appendix. Sometimes we experience referred pain. Your appendix isn't in the exact spot you're indicating, but the pain could be referred pain. Pain occurring in one place, but felt in another. Again you would need to see a Dr. asap.
I hope it's nothing serious like we've been discussing. Sometimes we just get pains and there is no answer. Then the pain passes.
