Would you take vitamin b12 in the morning or at night and why?

B-12 is vital for the normal formation of red blood cells and promotes heart function and healthy circulation as well as keeping your mouth and gums healthy. I take a multi vitamin in the morning that has a high dose of B12. If you have ever drinken those energy drinks, a lot of them contain B12. It helps with energy as well. Take care,
