I am truly sorry to hear you are in so much pain. I am also disabled too. I have had two major back surgeries and reconstructive thumb surgery which is giving me fits lately. I also suffer from arthritis. I take methadone for my chronic pain, valium for muscle spasms, and I take Prozac for depression. The only thing is I just starting taking the prozac this past week and it makes me sleepy. I take it at night and I do get a good nites sleep. I do feel better. I had some weird things happen to me at the beginning of this year and I am hoping this will help control my pea brain. I wish I could tell you what to do, all I can do is listen and tell you what helps me. I am hear if you need to talk. And, there are a lot of us on this website that are great. In fact I haven't found anyone who is not. I wish you all the best and a day without pain. kimmie1
