I have been taking 10 to 20 mg of methadone for the past two weeks and I'm wanting to transition over to soboxone... my last dose of methadone was 10mg on Sunday... which was 48 hours ago... so would it be ok to take 2mg of suboxone or would it send me into worse withdraw?
Would it be ok to take suboxone 48 hours after taking 10 mg of methadone?

Well just in case anyone ever comes across this question and wants to know...I ended up taking the suboxone and it didn't make me sick...not saying that's the way it would work with just anybody this is just how my body reacted...I started feeling just a little better after taking the suboxone but it didn't take all my symptoms away...but anywho just thought I'd share that! :)
More than likely you will go into precip, so you need to think about that, although 2 mgs will be less bad if you do go into precip, than 8 mgs or more. Yours is a unique question, it you have only been on methadone for 2 weeks, you may be ok, but usually, it does build in the fat layers and waiting 72 hours after the last dose of methadone is recommended to avoid precip.
