My kidneys GFR level has been in the 50's and I take a few medications I need to know which are the worst ones to take in my case?
Are you seeing a nephrologist? You should be and if you are, take your list of medications to him and discuss with him which ones can be discontinued or possibly changed to something effective that is less detrimental to your kidney function. Only your Drs can tell you which medications are most important to take. There may be some that, although they are rough on your kidneys, the benefits outweigh the risk to your kidneys. In some cases, you have to choose the lesser of two evils, per say. This is really a discussion for you to have with your Drs.
