I had unexplained pain for ten years started after my daughter was born. Mo one couldvfigure it out. Last summer doc tested vitsmin d andvas long as I take it I have not had that pain again unless its not in my system because I miss taking it to many days. I just joined a gym and the first day I worked out I was sore two days later like normal. Today I worked out which is my 2nd time I did harder cardio on the bike a few hours later I started having the achy pain I used to have before starting bitamin d supplement.is it related should I increase vit d while working out.
