I've been taking Celexa for a few years but always at night I've had bad insomnia lately and restless sleep. And very leggy during the mornings and all day. I was wondering if changing my dose to the morning would help me.
Carielyn; Yes many people do this, Seems like the morning works out better because people sleep better but when you do change as you adjust it may seem a bit off for a day or two but no worse than what you're going through now. And once you change you should leave it in the morning and always try and take it at about the same time each day. Plus the benefit of this is many people get better sleep not taking it at night. So good luck to you it might be a good Idea to check with your doctor if your having any problems or at least wait until the weekend to give your body time to adjust to the change in dose.so it does not mess up your work.
