I have heard of this. It is fairly common in little girls. It is actually labial adhesions. (I dont have daughters, only sons) I know they usually are prescribed estrogen cream because it is a hormonal issue. Some girls may need to be surgically opened at some point though but many do fine once their own hormones kick in. You may want to consult with a pediatric gynecologist.
