I had my wisdom teeth removed (4) on June 25, 2014. I was put under for the procedure. I now have trouble with my arms and hands not functioning properly. i.e. very little strength and fine motor skill loss. The oral surgeon says it is purely coincidental. I have never had any similar type of issue and am growing more and more concerned as it continues without improvement. I have trouble buttoning my shirts, opening heavier doors, pulling car door handles and a really tough time opening zip lock packaging. Has anyone had an issue like this? Any suggestions besides the obvious of seeing a doctor? (That is scheduled)
I tried to find to find something helpful for you (I'm scheduled for a risky and lengthy procedure soon. I have been warned that it may cause liver, kidney AND brain damage). These organs have the highest oxygen demand and are most sensitive. I'm glad you are seeing a doctor as this is recommended in literature under less common side effects side effects as "Immediate action" "See your doctor", in your situation.
Until then, if and when you receive information to the contrary, stay positive and put it down to after effects (even though they really should have passed within a week) as we are all different and respond differently.
Good luck and take care.
