I Was Just Curious To Know If It Had The Same Effect Somewhere Else On The Body, Like It Does Orally. Its Not Going To Be Done I Just Wanted To Know! Thank You
Hello - and welcome. It would help us to answer your question if you would provide more information: where is the injection site; what will be done; what is the desired affect or treatment hoping to be obtained, etc. Just click on Add More Information and tell us what you can. Thanks!
Just speaking of my own experience with Lidocaine and Marcaine - Yes. I have a compounded Lidocaine ointment made especially for me as I have an allergy to an ingredient in the Licocaine patches. I find that the Lidocaine in this topical ointment caused the area to be pretty numb. It definitely works! As far as Marcaine goes, my pain specialist gives me trigger point injections with it, and the area goes numb.
