Not necessarily. Lexapro, like all SSRIs and SNRIs, has sexual side effects, like inability to orgasm and decreased sex drive, though not everyone experiences those side-effects.
If you are having sexual side-effects, I'd recommend asking your doc about Wellbutrin, which has no sexual side-effects and sometimes even increases sex drive.
