Just bring the prescription bottle with you to the test. That way if they do test you for it, it will be marked "consistent" However, it is not a controlled substance. The main drugs they test for are drugs for high potential of abuse (opiates, amphetamines, barbiturates, etc) also the illicit ones, weed, coke, meth, etc. Whether or not you're even tested for it is up to your potential employer and what test panel he pays for. If he/she knows flexeril has the potential for abuse, they can request you be tested specifically for it. If so, then it will show up.
