I'm a 47yr old female who has a moderate tooth ache and need relief, no in suance or money to go to a dentist and happenen to have cephalexin, will it help my toothh ache if I take it/?
I realize this answer is a bit late ... hopefully your toothache has resolved by now. It is not ideal to take antibiotics for any case without seeing a doctor or dentist in your case. I your case since you can't see a dentist ... you could try taking cephalexin, but it may not necessarily help. If pain persists please see your doctor.
