They fall off after a few hours even when covered with the other adhesive pad.
Clonidine patches are: Mfd by: AVEVA, Drug Delivery Systems, A Nitto Denko Company, Miramar, FL 33025, could be possible that they could have a manufacturing defect.
The adhesiveness of the patch would also depend upon the location of the area where it is placed, exposure to water & or sunlight, time period it has been placed. it is rather strange that additional they fall off after other adhesive patches are placed, you could discuss it with the doc to prescribed an alternate or a tablet/cpsule.
