... the difficulity people have getting off of it. Spoke to the company that makes Suboxone and they gave me a list of about 9 dr's that could help me and as soon as I said get off of the subs they never returned my calls and I tried several times. I am not saying sub is bad I just think people need to get on and off as soon as possible. I live in Fl. and have found the dr's here keep you coming back and never talk about helping you stop. Thank God a friend found this site for me and thank God for people like pattishane61, colinzimm, and robert_325, etc. This site has been the best for me, I was ready to give up
I agree. Although I have not been on suboxone for long, I can already see where the new path I am on is headed. I feel like my dr prescribed me way too much suboxone to begin with. In fact the second day I felt like I was going to OD and didnt even take the full dose that I was suppose to take. 6 weeks have went by and my dr has not even tried to taper me. I have recently tried to quit but the depression was too great. I made it 4 days and then ended up taking 12 tramadol. Tomorrow I am going to get my suboxone script refilled and try the taper plan. Hopefully that will help me not go into full blown depression. Good luck to you and please share any info in the future that could help.
