Hello,

Yes you can use this on your eyes to fight bacteria it will only stop the growth of bacteria.-
This medication contains neomycin, bacitracin, and polymyxin, antibiotics.-
It will not work for other types of infections ( infections caused by viruses, fungi, mycobacteria).

Take care.-
