I am a little obese and thinking about taking weight loss pills. Could you recommend me some?
over the counter? seriously? none! I know this by personal experience,and have tried them all,spent ALOT of money on these things,and not to mention they are not healthy. Even the doctor told me they just dont work,if they did,truly wouldnt everyone be thin? I mean,like my doctor said,you may lose a couple pounds or so,but that's it,and once you stop taking them,you'll just put it back on. I have even bought expensive ones that are advertised on tv,and they didnt work,I know,thats not what you wanted to hear. If your really over weight,talk to your doctor who can prescribe something that will work,along with eating healthy and working out,even if you only go for a walk each day. I can relate to you very well,i suffer an eating disorder,have for many many years,but am now eating low fat/fat free foods,working out? lol,not really,i hate it,but i will walk,drink lots of water. I lost a lot of weight by eating those prepared low fat meals,and inbetween i eat fat free stuff,chips,always fat free bread,fat free meat,cheese,cottage cheese,et cetera,oohh and fat free ice cream,lol, i love to eat,so i ate my three meals that were low fat and lots of fat free foods inbetween,and still lost over 30 pounds in a couple months,and wasnt hungry ever,yes the foods cost alot more,but it was worth it for me. having a fat free grilled cheese sandwhich with fat free chips(which are only 75 cals,no fat,in 25 chips,thats great),and fat free cottage cheese,that's a good lunch,oh and i eat lots of veggies and fruit,veggies are mostly all fat free,heck a whole head of lettuce is only 25 calories,think about it,and truly,you really cant tell the difference in taste in most of it,they now make it pretty good. good luck to you:)
I have tried ADIPX-P and found it to be effective for a short period of time as long as I took it as directed and also excersized and ate right, but if you stop taking it and then go back it is not as effective as the first time. If you are only "a little obese," then excersize and water are my best suggestion and to try and stay away from medications as they can be addictive and have negative side affects.
