Acetaminophen is fine to take with high blood pressure and cholesterol medicines. If you need something stronger please see the doctor.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Acetaminophen is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers.
It's not a good idea to take too much non steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen, naproxen, etc. These may elevate your blood pressure.
