Which is higher 500mg vicodin or 750 mg of vicodin?

Actually its 5 mg of vicodin & 7.5 mg of vicodin not 500 or 750 mg. But Suszanne is right 7.5 mg is stronger. If you took 500 or 700mg you probably wouldn't be able to ask this question! It's usually 5/500 or 5/325. the second number is amount of tylenol in the vicoden, the first number being the milligrams of the drug. Just for your information...
