Which are the types of food a high blood pressure person should avoid?

If you have high blood pressure, generally it is best to cut down on your salt intake.
Hi dr willy throw out tour salt shaker,cheese,horse radish,salad dressing,potatoe chip fountain pops/soda are all high is salt avoid them. Jaime
Dr willy soy sauce, worstershire sauce,premade frozen foods [check sodium] canned veggies [rinse before cook] fast food resteraunts sandwhiches and all have more sodium than the fries even. Good luck
