My friend of many years was prescribed many drugs that ultimately took her life. She died in March. I have limited means and cannot finance a major lawsuit. But I would like a professional opinion of the med's she had been prescribed. I feel she was massively overdosed and was not monitored properly while taking these serious drugs. I am trying to get closure for her 16 year old daughter that is having a hard time dealing with all of it and needs closure. But she needs to know the truth. Is there anyone or anyplace you can tell me about that could make an evaluation of all this. Thanks so much and God Bless. KLF
I would like to start off with my utmost condolences on your lost my dear friend im so sorry that this has happened. When doctors arent being monitored by the DEA on what they are prescribing we lose many wonderful people in our life's i for one have not experienced a loss like that so i cant imagine what you could be going through. Not to mention the questions left hanging in the air for you as to why, where, when, how. Your friends daughter must be heartbroken:( Please dont give up you will find your answers you are seeking god sees your heartache and will help you along the way. It may not come as fast as you want it to but patience is for sure a virtue. I think you can ask for a toxicoligy report im not sure of what state you are in but im sure their is a number you can call to get this report you would just have to pay a little money to get it. When you do aquire this report it should tell you the levels and medication she had in her system at the time of death. As far as the rest goes well this sounds like a case for the police dept. and they should have been investigating this already. I would go down to your local P.D. and see what they have been doing about this. They should also be able to tell you where you can get the tox. report as well. Im sorry i dont know to much about this kind of thing but i really hope it can help put you and your friends daughters mind at ease good luck to you klf7082000. You will both be in my thoughts and prayers.
