When you are pregnant, do you have to have morning sickness?

It would perhaps depend upon an individuals body structure & chemistry, maybe a gynecologist would be the best to address your question.

No. Some women have absolutely no morning sickness at all throughout their whole pregnancy. Some women say they never felt better in their lives than when they were pregnant. Everyone is very different. Some women feel more nausea in the evenings, not the morning. Some are sick all day and some not at all.
