Watch the magnesium intake, not too much, ok? It can aggravate diarrhea, which you may have already, if not you soon may have it.
I cannot tell you how long your WD will last, the physical part may be over in a week, or longer. The mental part is just as important as the physical part.
Please google Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome (when you are not so sick) to learn what is happening to brain chemistry during withdrawal and after.
If you are perspiring like Secretariat, keep changing your clothing and keep taking hot baths. Also, get a cold pack that you keep frozen and apply it to your forehead when you feel those hot flashes come on. Keep a heavy sweatshirt on when freezing, make it a hoodie if possible so you can whip it off when the hot flashes hit.
Did you look up The Thomas Recipe? 'Tis a diary and a list of otc and rx meds you may need while in WD. It sounds as if you have a plan, which is great. This will be no easy task, yet ever so worth the trouble!
You may want to journal how you feel every day, so you can see your progress AND so you have a written account of withdrawal, never to be tempted again.
Stay hyrdated, drink lots of water and if you can stand the taste, Gatorade.
If sleep is elusive, try melatonin, or benadryl or Sleepy Time Tea, which by the way tastes like road kill, but is efficacious if you can gag it down. Valerian root is great for anxiety, if that hits you, and tis all natural like melatonin.
Best wishes and come back for support! (have you considered Suboxone?)
It takes 5 days of illness. The depression may last alot longer so I'd get put on an Anti-Depressant. And ask your PCP or Psyciatrist for some Klonopin to take along with the Anti-Depressant for the restless legs and help take the edge off with the withdrawls that will include anxieties, moodswings, ect. And it'll also help you sleep, stay relaxed, & take away alot of muscle spasm, and pains.
