My pills say take 12 hours apart. I will be in a 3 hour difference time zone for 10 days. The meds are Ampyra.
If you want to take it at the same times (related to your home time) it's fine as 3 hours time difference isn't too much or a difference. It is a reasonable hour at night (unless you were taking the evening/night time dose really late at night normally).
Or you could try and adjust the times and take it morning and evening of the new time zone. For one dose you may need to delay/or take it slightly early (not too early to the dose you took when you left home).
