When is the best time of the day to take vitamins?

Studies have shown that it is better to take vitamins at night that way your body can get those nutrients from the vitamin while you are sleeping since while you are awake you can get your nutrients from your food.
the best time is in the morning beacaus after that we are doing our daily works and being active makes a better absorption .
