i have tried to start taking vitamins more than a few times but by week 3 or 4 i just have to stop, i cant function sleeping so much. i will sleep at least 10 hours at night and then take at least 2 or 3 naps a day. i tried adding more cardio to try to increase my energy but nothing. i feel like"blah" all the time.
I know from only personal experiance that vitamins help me to have energy.Have you tried switching the brand names or kind of vitamins you are taking? or Is it a certain time your tiredness is happening? Its not hormonol or period related? I would try to keep track of your tired spells, could be somthing all together different.
