I take 70 mg daily
I know exactly how you feel. How long have you been on vyvanse? I have taken vyvanse for over 4 years. It was great until about a year ago. But, around this time I was also diagnosed with Hashimotos disease (hypothyroidism) according to my doc, hense, my vyvanse was less effective since my thyroid was low. I now take Armour Throid, and vyvance but still feel vyvanse is not producing what it used to. My advise to you would be to have your thyroid levels checked. It is unfortunate that the highest dose of vyvanse is 70mg. I feel 90-100 would work for me, but getting your insurance company and doctor to agree to this is super hard.
Maybe you could ask your doctor to try a different med, like adderall? unfortunatly, Vyvanse's main ingredient is the only one around so far.
