I really don't have any worries but through my life so far, my old Dr. said that I can worry about something without knowing it. I have bad nerves and suffer from depression. Family, friends and my husband puts mental issues on me. I have to figure the bills, read the mail, write the checks out, put the receipts in a file folder and deal with the bill collectors. It's like, Hello, why do I have to do it all. When I would see my old Dr., he would tell me that I had tension headaches. I just normally do these duties like clock work but not so much now.
Stress can not only make them hurt worse but can be the cause of them to begin with. There is nothing that really affects our bodies more than our own mind can. Stress, worries, anxieties can be the main offender when it comes to physical ailments. Taking good care of ourselves, eating well, excercising and knowing when to take time for ourselves to relax are imperative to proper health and body functioning. I'm not a doctor but it doesn't take one to know that. I hope your able to ward off your lifes pressures and find some relief.
