Ciplin is not marketed in the United States. New Zealand is the only place I could locate where it is perscribed. It is "Sulpha T", & is used in veterinary
medicine as well. Type the word "Ciplin" in the search box here at Drugs.com, & use the advanced search. There are some equivilent drugs, & they are named. Your answer is right here, you just need to look for it. Apparently, it is some kind of antibiotic. Might you be asking about "Cipro?".
If so, that is a common antibiotic here in the States, used for many types of infections. I hope this helps! You will see "advanced search" right under the space where you type in what you are looking for. You will find it right here.
Wishing you the best!
