What would the dental complications be while using Clobex Spray?

The active ingredient in Clobex spray is a corticosteroid called clobetasol.
Although you are applying Clobex to the skin there is some systemic absorption (into the blood stream) of clobetasol.
It is important that you tell your dentist you are using Clobex as clobetasol can lower your immune system and make you more prone to infection.
If for example you are having a toothe removed your dentist may be more likely to prescribe antibiotics to reduce the risk of infection.
Hope this helps.
