What would be a good way to get off meth with out all the fatigueness?

I would recommend an Antidepressant as well as Vitamin B which can help with the fatigue. So you may want to see a Psychiatrist as they will know what's best. You may have to bite the bullet on this one as the withdrawals will come eventually but will leave after some time. I hope you get the help you need. Go to AA or NA meetings as well. Good luck!

in patient treatment would still be best for this, followed by NA meetings. (out patient may be beneficial too but not as high success rate). Withdrawals are just part of the addiction so Vitamin B may help as said before as well as some coffee but limit this since this stuff isnt too healthy despite people drinking it constantly
