I have a problem when I sleep every night what Ido?
Hello rafo. Well, you asked a question that has been discussed, throughout this site, numerous times. Many thoughts, ideas opinions, as to what works, helps, you to fall asleep. Well, in my case, medication and even then, its still hit and miss, as to having a restfull, sleep. There are many reasons why, one doesn't get a decent sleep. For some its stress related, another might be for biological reasons. Have you spoken to a doctor? Have you ever taken medication, prescribed, or over the counter for your problem. I might say this, some sleep medications can and are addictive. Benzodiazepines, some names under this category to help you sleep are Dalmane, Prosom, Restoril. Some over the counter drugs/sleeping meds are Sominex, Nytol, Uinsom and so on. What I use is remeron/mirtazapine and my dose was just uped to 135mg. at three pills of 45mg. And I still struggle to get a deep sleep. Ha! Mind you, its also an anti-depressant. Wishing you well rafo, heres hoping you get some zzzs.
Hello Rafo, sometimes just taking benadryl before you go to bed will help you sleep or even Melatonin. I take benadryl 2 - 25mg a night to help me get a good nights sleep. My jusband takes tylenol PM which is of course tylenol & benadryl combined. Just some thoughts, It's a hard question to answer without much info on what you have tried.
