The meds have been working until last Friday. Four days of depression for no apparent reason except that my wife and I had a small argument on Friday. Since then I have been depressed. I am going to see the doctor today. Any additional advice is welcome.
Well Trey, if the meds were working fine until the argument with your wife, maybe it's time you brought home some flowers on your way back from the doctors appointment? I'm not making light of your situation, but it's a good enough reason to cheer her up too! It does sound rather odd that all of a sudden your meds stopped working right after you have an argument. Maybe you subconsciously took it to heart and it's been on your mind. Make a special date with her and see if your depression improves. It's certainly worth a shot, right? The only other suggestion I would have is see if your doctor thinks you need to up your dosage. It is usually around the 2 to 3 month time period to tell if the dosage is right or not. Either way, I hope you start feeling better and good luck to you!
