What really helps with Keratosis Pilaris?

In my experience nothing really helped except time. As a teenager I was a sufferer but in my mid 20's it miraculously disappeared. Now my children are sufferers...

Skin creams with medications containing urea, lactic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, tretinoin, or vitamin D may be recommended by your physician. However, improvement often takes months and the bumps are likely to come back."
