Many problems can arise due to long term use especially if you aren't eating. You may be losing a lot of water in the stool (diarrhea) causing dehydration and losing electrolytes as well, which is not healthy. Plus your bowel may stop working on it own (being so dependent on Epsom salt for such a long time).
